What should I bring to our first conversation?
A few room photos, a list of what frustrates you, and a few inspiration images. If you have rough measurements, bring those too. We’ll verify the details before finalizing the work.
What affects the cost of a remodel?
The scope matters as much as the finish. Layout changes, plumbing and electrical work, the condition underneath existing surfaces, material selections, and custom details all affect the proposal. Ask what is included, what is an allowance, and how changes will be handled.
How do I compare tile and wall surfaces?
Look beyond the sample: ask about intended use, cleaning instructions, grout joints, edges, and transitions. Confirm that the complete installation system is suitable for the location. A shower floor and a shower wall may need different products.
When will we know the schedule?
After the scope is approved, material availability and trade coordination help establish the sequence. Discuss access to your home, which rooms will be unavailable, and what could affect the timeline.
How does the project move forward?
We start with a conversation and on-site consultation, then a written scope and proposal. After approval, materials and trades are coordinated. Work progresses through the planned stages, followed by a punch list and final walkthrough.
